Returns

If you would like to return a product, please email us at info@dekliukas.ai including your order number and the reason for the return and picture if there is a problem with your ordered phone case.

• Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item: Attach photos as proof. We will provide a return shipping label.
• Other reasons: The return will be at your own expense.

Refund: Processed within 2 weeks of receiving the returned product. It may take up to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
